Digital Realty Brand Strategy & Website

In 2018, the Digital Realty brand and marketing team was tasked with building a brand strategy that aligned our brand positioning globally. This included developing a brand roadmap with key stakeholders in across our international markets, developing our brand pillars, positioning and promise and rolling this out to 1600+ employees in 35+ markets .

 

To align with our global brand strategy, we were also tasked with a complete website overhaul of digitalrealty.com. The goal was to build a creative and innovative website that established Digital Realty as the global data center leader and ultimately increase website traffic, lead generation, conversions, brand recognition and trust with our prospects and customers.

 

The project timeline was 10 months from RFP to launch and included building new dynamic content to include an interactive globe of 200+ locations, new video and drone footage of our flagship locations, complex animated videos of our 3 core product offerings and additional dynamic client and map content. I led the brand strategy efforts with our marketing counterparts in APAC and EMEA and worked closely with the digital web agency that was hired for the web development. My role was a combination of brand, creative and art direction, graphic design and project management for developing all new creative assets for the site
